It it possible to travel on the trains with a dog please? Also,how far is the train station from Vilanova Park? We are staying at Vilanova Park in March/April 2012
Only small dogs are allowed in trains, and they should be carried in a transport cage. In theory only animals weighting less than 6Kg are allowed, but as far they fit in a 60 x 35 x 35 cm transport cage no one will weight them. Vilanova Park campsite is located a bit it of town, about 5 Km to the station and town centre. There are buses connecting the campsite with the town centre and as far I remember these buses stop by the train station, but I can't remember more details (I rarely use buses when in Vilanova). Ask the campsite, sure they can provide all the info you need. Bon viatge!
