Hi guys! I would like to ask if you know a tricycle driver that offers a cheap tour to the North and South side of Pagudpod... I have read a blog and it cost them 600 for each person for a whole day tour... That's too expensive for us.. And besides, we cannot afford to spend the wholeday for the tour since we will be leaving in the afternoon for Vigan... Please help guys... Thanks.
To cut cost, hire a tricycle for your North trip only (e.g. Patapat and within Pagudpud). For your south trip (e.g. Bangui and Burgos), just leave a little early for Vigan and take the public transpo as these places are along the way.

We were in Pagudpud last April and we took the South Tour only for P600. There were two of us but the maximum passenger is 3. P600 is the standard rate per tour per tricycle, not per person. If you don't have enough time to explore both the North and the South, I'll suggest that you take just the South tour, like we did. Itinerary includes: Bangui Windmills, Burgos Lighthouse, and Kapurpurawan rock formations. These places are far from each other and the tour could take up 6 hours, so I would say that P600 is already a very reasonable price.

Jessa, you may heed the advise of Aida and Judith. I've been to Pagudpud, Bangui and Burgos twice and we hired an aircon van, but I met fellow-tourists who got the tricycle tour and they had fun, too. The rate is P600/tricycle NOT per person, so that is very reasonable, considering the time spent and distance of places covered by the tour.

Yes, Rhona, it's P600 per tour, choice of North or South. If you opt for both tours, its P1,200.

Partas has a sleeper bus to Laoag. However, I'm not sure if they pick up passengers in Vigan on the way to Manila. more
