Is it possible?

Is it possible to go to pagudpud w/o checking in? we're not beach lover but we surely want to see the beauty of pagudpud. Our plans is to stay in vigan, and then tour ilocos norte the next whole day including pagudpud (just a few places maybe)and then go back to vigan before the sunset? please advise. :)

    yes it is possible. just go off vigan very early. then make sure to ask what time is the last bus/jeep from pagudpud to laoag. laoag to vigan there are many available rides
