Hi everyone my partner and I will celebrate our 1st year anniv this march and we're planning to go to vigan & pagudpud. We only have 10k budget. is it enough? what hotel or inn's in vigan should we checked in? we're just planning to stay there for 1 night and take off the next day to pagudpud. how do we get there from vigan? and then from pagudpud back to manila? response will be appreciated. thanks!
As I know, there is no direct trip from Vigan to Pagudpud, you need to transfer in Laoag. That goes same from Pagudpud to Manila (via Laoag). Well, there's an exception. Check with Florida Bus Transit as they used to have a Manila-Pagudpud (and vice versa) trip about 2x a day (one in the morning, one at night).

from vigan i have read that there's a bus terminal directly going to laoag and then from laoag there's another bus terminal going straightly to pagudpud. am i right?

It's easy to get a bus in Vigan going to Laoag. You can go to the terminal or wait for bus along the national highway (near Bantay bell tower). In Laoag, there are also terminals for Pagudpud/Cagayan bound buses.

Partas has a sleeper bus to Laoag. However, I'm not sure if they pick up passengers in Vigan on the way to Manila. more
