I heard that ilocos have the best empanada,.,do you guys have any idea on where to buy those and how much does it costs? appreciate your help,.,thanks.,

We found many empanadas on sale at the Plaza food stalls in Vigan,Ilocos Sur. In Bagac,Ilocos Norte, our friend bought empanadas for us from a stall near the church. I'm sorry I can't recall the price, but don't worry, empanadas are cheap.
