We do have a tight budget for our trip to vigan, Laoag and Pagudpud, I would just like to know where would be the best place to eat and stay that would fit our budget. and do you guys have any idea where's the best place to eat bagnet and pinakbet? and is it true that hotel tiffany has other charges besides their room rates?thanks in advance.
hi there! with regards to Tiffany hotel, we stayed there on our trip March 2011 and didn't have any add-on charge aside from the room rate we paid. In Vigan, there's this old-style resto called Cafe Leona and they serve Ilocano dishes which are really good.

Partas has a sleeper bus to Laoag. However, I'm not sure if they pick up passengers in Vigan on the way to Manila. more
