Vigan to Pagudpud. Where to get Bus.

Is there a trip from the Bus Terminals in Vigan going to Pagudpud or do I have to go to Laoag first ?

    You have to catch a bus in Vigan to Laoag first and catch another bus in Laoag enroute to Claveria, Cagayan. I don't think there is a direct bus that goes directly to Pagudpud. Mostly buses that are independently operated are usually standing by in Laoag City waiting for their passengers to go to Claveria, Cagayan.
