hello im maureen love 1st year college student. ;) hmm i just want to ask lang po sna if kung saan sa vigan yung may pinaka cheap trvel inn but clean and comportable .. tyka if it was safe to travel alone?? :)
You have to give us an indication of what is cheap to you. A room rate of P500/night might be cheap to others but a bit steep for you. Traveling always involved a certain amount of risk. It is up to you to practice prudence, discernment, discretion and sensibility to keep yourself away from harm.

Vigan is safe for tourists but you have to take extra care considering that you're a female and traveling alone. When I went there, I found a cheap hotel (sort of) for Php 250/night but didn't check-in as they had no wifi (I needed it for work). I ended up at RF Aniceto instead. Partas has a sleeper bus to Laoag. However, I'm not sure if they pick up passengers in Vigan on the way to Manila. more
