Hi! I'm planning to go to Vigan this Sept. 2011 and choose to stay in Cabugao Beach Resort. Kindly take a moment to answer my questions. 1.) What’s the best way to get to Cabugao beach resort from Partas bus station & how long it will take? Also how much it will cost? 2.) From Cabugao beach resort, what vehicle should I take going to Vigan city proper and vice versa? Thank you & have a good day!
is that resort is the cabana beach resort ?..that resort is almost near on the hi-way..1.from partas beach station manila it last for almost 9 hours.. just ask the conductor to drop you at cabana beach resort, pug-os cabugao.. from there you can ride on a tricycle or you can walk because it's also a walking distance from the hi-way.2.from cabugao you can ride a bus.. about 45mins. travel.

Hi there. From Partas Bus Station, you can either ride another Partas Bus going to Laoag because it passes through Cabugao. Just tell the conductor that you want to be dropped off at Cabugao Beach Resort..the only thing is, you may have to wait for sometime before a Partas Laoag-bound bus arrives, usually, every hour may byahe dapat pero minsan kase na-dedelay. Another option is to ride the mini-bus, just ride a tricycle and tell the driver that you want to go sa parkingan ng mini-bus papuntang cabugao. With this option naman, yung mini-bus nagpupuno ng passengers muna bago umalis, so it may also take some time again. You're lucky kung may paalis na. The thing is, i don't know if familiar lahat ng drivers nila about cabugao beach resort. And, mini buses are not airconditioned. There are also jeepneys i think, but i'm not sure about it because i haven't tried it yet. Personally, parang i like to wait for the partas bus na lang. Pero pala, if CAbugao Beach resort is your primary destination, better na lang that you ride a Partas bus na Laoag-bound from Manila, para i-drop off ka na nila sa resort. Para di ka na bababa ng Vigan then sasakay ulit ng ibang bus. Ang Laoag-bound bus kase ng partas dadaan ng vigan station then punta na ng laoag station. So madadaanan nya ang cabugao. The resort is visible from the highway naman. You have to walk papasok from the highway pero super sandali lang. It takes 45 minutes by bus from vigan. when you buy a ticket sa manila terminal ng partas, just say na bababa ka sa Cabugao. Sila na bahala sa rate. I'm assuming galing ka ng manila ha. :) 2) From the resort, pwede ka na magpasama sa mga staff doon na mag-abang ng bus or mini-bus going vigan from the highway. bus fare is about 40-60 pesos. Reminder lang, tell the conductor beforehand na dapat i-drop off ka sa pupuntahan mo kase minsan nakakalimutan nila :)

Partas has a sleeper bus to Laoag. However, I'm not sure if they pick up passengers in Vigan on the way to Manila. more
