Can anyone give us a tip about the fares in touring laoag, vigan & pagudpud?

Can anyone give us a tip about the fares in touring laoag, vigan & pagudpud? We are going to stay in Saud Beach, Pagudpud. How can we tour Pagudpud and how much do you think will it cost if we commute to the different sights/spots there? Same thing going to Laoag & Vigan... Please give us specific details about the fares and vehicles that we can ride. Thanks!
