iPhone 4s in Vietnam

Hi all. I'm hoping someone has possible encountered this before. Can anyone tell me if they have taken their iPhone 4s to Vietnam and used a local Viettel SIM card during their stay? Thanks in advance. I hope someone can shed some light on this for me. Tim

yeah, this's alright if you used Viettel SIM. That's no problem friend!

Yeah ... It's alright. But your iphone 4s should be World Version.
