This itenerary looks ok to me. It gives you a bit of space for delays which you need in this part of the world. I work with iteneraries in Vietnam for a living and i think this is very doable.

sounds good to me, but when you are ta HCMC take a tour of cu Chi Tunnels and the Cao Dao temple, it's a must. You have a full day in Siem reap, not much to do there as the main purpose of being there is to visit Angkor, so i suggest you use this day on Ton Le Sap exploring by boat, there are plenty of tours.

my only suggestion is to take a day from somewhere else (perhaps Siem Reap?) and add it to Halong Bay. It takes about half a day to get from Hanoi and organsised onto the tour boat, and half a day back, leaving you only with two half-days and an evening out on the water. The islands are well worth a 3-day, 2-night tour.
