Has anyone been to vieques or culebra to fish for taarpon and bonefish. Can you sight fish for tarpon and bonefish by wading without a guide? Any info will be appreciated. Thanx Steve Lucas
Been snorkeling off both islands and didn't see any tarpon. Lots of parrotfish, though.
