Hi everybody I wish every people spend a nice time wherever they are. My wife and I are going to study in Vienna,Austria and we be there in September 2012, we applied for Technology University of Vienna. Please help me to find a apartment which suitable for couple. I could spend about 400 Euro/Month for both of us. You think could I find one ? Is it include Tax,Electricity,water,heating,... ??? thank you,
The website oead has lots of student accommodation, be aware that some rentals are not full inclusive e.g. mangement fee of E18 per month on the one I looked at.

There is the so-called "Zuwandererfonds" and it is ment for people like you who have a job at Vienna or students and are searching for an appartment. They have various appartment-houses in Vienna, quite small and cheap, but everything you need is there and you have to come with just your clothes, linen, cooking-utensils... I rented an appartment there for 310 euros a month, 22 m2 is not much but OK for a single person, fridge, cooking facilties, shower etc is all inside. It will be hard to manage from the big distance and without german, BUT at least this could be a "last chance" when you dont find anything else. When applying for such an app. you have to have lived anywhere OUTside of Vienna before, need a statement from your company that you have a job or are a student, and you need a refundable caution of 2700 euros. b.t.w.: they gave me back all of the caution after 1 year ! http://www.zuwanderer-fonds.at
