Christmas Eve dinner

So, my mother is coming all the way from Australia to visit myself and my beloved. Since we celebrate Christmas on the 24th, and I am working that evening til 5:30pm, I won't have the energy to cook but would still like to have a lovely small family dinner out. Does anyone have any ideas of a lovely place in Victoria for Christmas Eve dinner? I'm probably too late - most places must be booked out. Thanks in advance! Jitka
