Hi, A couple of us are planning to hike the West Coast Trail on May 18th and The West Coast Trail Express bus service is not up and running yet. We have already purchased our airline tickets since the park is scheduled to open. Does anyone know of a way to get from Victoria to Gordon River Trailhead? And from Pachena Bay to Nanaimo at the end of our hike? Thanks for your help.
You better double check to make sure the trail will be open. I read in the newspaper last week that the clean up from the winter wind storms is behind schedule and that the opening date has been pushed back but I can't remember what the new opening date is.
