Verona in early november

by Katrino Online Now May 4, 2012 at 11:20 PM

Hi All, I'm planning a citytrip to Italy early november with some friends. We are thinking of coming to Verona. Is there still enough "life" in the city this time of year.

We went to Verona in December of last year and it was incredibly packed with people. Verona is quite commercial (for our taste) and it seemed that it was a very popular holiday shopping destination. I wouldn't worry about it lacking "life". Homer

Verona is a lively city even without the tourist. December is quite touristy and the Xmas and St Lucy fairs add up a LOT of locals coming from the region. November is quiet, but in the central area the local life is always on, at a more relaxed pace. Ciao Francesco
