Massage Therapy and Weather

Am planning a trip to Vicenza area in October and wonder where I would go either on the internet or in the Vicenza area to find out what the licensing requirements are to become a massage therapist in Italy. What should I anticipate the weather being in October? Does anyone know the variety of figs that are grown in the southern part of Italy? TIA
