Ventspils to Riga

I willl be arriving by ship in the port of Ventspils, July 2004, and want to go to Riga. Is there easy transportation? Can it be done in one day (roundtrip)? Is there anything of real interest in Ventspils?

    Hi! I advice you to take a short walk in Ventspils. You can find some information in my Ventspil Page and more information you can find here: www.ventspils.lv You can go from Ventspils to Riga without any problem. You have tot ake a bus. Every hour is bus to Riga, the ticket costs 3LVL. Have a nice trip to Latvia, bye! Lana
