Hi! Is there any bus / train that I could take from Ventimiglia to Florence/ Verona/ Venice? Which is the nearest port? Thanks!
Of course, all of these cities are served by Trenitalia, although there may not be direct trains. See http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html What do you mean "Which is the nearest port?" Florence and Verona are landlocked...you must mean something else... Bill

From Ventimiglia i think you first have to go to Genova and maybe change to go up to Verona,the same for Venice but there up to Milan then east to Venice. For Florence ( Firenze ) go south from Genova with maybe a change. Ventimiglia is a port but nearest big ports are Monaco or San Remo.
