Dear all, Arriving in Venice next week and staying 4 days. Travelling there by car from Milan. My question is: where do I park my car?? Is there one big parking lot where I leave the car for the 4 days, or are there choices? Are the prices all the same, or do I need to shop around...? Thank you!! Chris
You don't have much choice, i'm afraid. The parking island Tronchetto or one of the few private underground car parks in Piazzale Roma (where all land traffic stops0. It will not be cheap. Tronchetto bookings: http://www.veniceparking.it/ Google 'venice parking' for info/websites for the other car parks. Useful info: europeforvisitors.com/venice... You may find that parking in Mestre, on the mainland, and then taking train or bus into Venice (cheap, fast) is a better option.

you may park at airport marcopolopark.it/ParcheggiAe... it might be cheap at long term carpark from airport all facilities to go to Venice.

Here are two suggestions: For my one week stay in Venice i parked my car in Mestre and took a bus to the Venice. Another option is to park at Venice Airport (9 EUR/Day)(long stay parking) an take a bus to the Venice.
