venice to naples, night train

Hi guys. i wanted to book seats (beds) on the night train fron venice to naples, but the trenitalia site staes hat bookings for that train can only be made in italy. Has anyone experienced the same problem? How can I overcome it? Any other means by which I can book my seats in advance?
