Bus Service from Guiria to Caracas & from Caracas to Ciudad Ojeda

I would like to find out if there is a bus service from Guiria to Caracas and a bus service from Caracas to Ciudad Ojeda. Also I would like to find out the approximate cost of the bus fare for each One Way as well as the fare for a Return Trip for each trip. If there is a regular bus service and an aerobus service please give me the bus fare for each service.
