Now we realised that the best way to discover an Italian region is through food. Cooking, tasting and relaxing. Could you please recommend a company that provides such 1-day programs? Meanwhile I found only week-tours. Or may be you can recommend some sights producing local specialities that can be visited. I'm interested in Abruzzo or Apulia region. Thank you in advance.
I've found out that this funny Palio should be held in Navelli in August. But all I can find in internet is referred to the previous years. Will they held it this August?
I will be visiting abruzzo 19/08/05-02/09/05 and staying with friends in Carunchio. Desperately need info on local bus services as we have no car and don't want to rely on friends having to drive us around. Can anyone help?
