I am artist & have been learning Russian language with intention to re-locate to 0dessa - but politics in Ukraine have spoilt my plans, so now I consider different place...I was in Varna in February & it reminded me of 0dessa - is there a local person who knows this city, who can tell me the truth about the place? Any information, gratefully received...MERCI
