Varna in August

Hello, I will be in varna in August for the month. i will be staying in an apartment in the city, and I am hoping to maybe do a Bulgarian course while I am there. Does anyone know of any courses that may be available in the city? I would also like to practice my Bulgarian as I learn. Do the locals mind if I make mistakes while taking, etc. saludos, Jordi
