Varna to Constan and Odessa

I am planning an 'escape Amerika' trip from Istanbul to Odessa in a few weeks, but want to stay along the Black Sea Coast as much as possible. I understand there is little problem getting a train/bus btw Istanbul and Varna, but I'm wondering about train/bus travel from Varna to Odessa through those famous 'wetlands'. Any ideas? Thanks
