cheapish but nice hotel!

hi me and a friend will be travelling india in dec and want to find a cheapish hotel in varanasi for 2 nights. any ideas?

    we stayed at the Ganpati guest house in march this year and had a great time, the more expensive rooms were better, but they were a friendly, helpful lot, and the room we had had a balcony overlooking the Ganges. we met up with other travellers and they thought our place was great !!
