Hotel Sol Cayo Coco

Hi, I am thinking of booking for the Hotel Sol cayo coco, in cuba. The reviews on trip advisor are proper good. But could anyone tell me whether the proposed refurb that I keep reading about has actually taken place? also could anyone give me an update please, if you have been there since Nov 09, I would be very interested to hear what you thought of all the amenities, rooms, food, enterainment, drinks etc. We are travelling with a 15 year old girl, will she find enough to keep her from being bored? I would appreciate any details from anyone thank you. Cuban travellers!! Trish
