Companion for a visit to Valparaiso

Looking to join up with someone to visit Valparaiso on January 16 - 18. My interests are walking/hiking, photography, food and wine, music, and making new friends. My Spanish isn't that great, I speak English/French. I don't really want any formal tour, just someone to chat with and maybe walk around with, have lunch or supper,etc. I plan on traveling by bus from Santiago to Valparaiso and back. I would arrive in Valparaiso Friday afternoon, and return to Santiago (airport) Sunday afternoon, my flight is at 9:00pm back to Canada.
