From Santiago to Valparaiso

Hi, The two of us would like to be picked up at the airport March 19 at 8:00 a.m, tour Vina and Valpo, then board our ship at 3:00 p.m. or 15:00. Would like to share cost with others. Any recommendations as to a tour company or English speaking guide? Anyone interested in sharing the tour? Thanks,
