How would you recommend a tourist dress for sightsseing by foot in Valletta in mid November? Jeans, shorts, capris, sandles, closed toe?
I'd advise full-length trousers or jeans, comfortable shoes for walking (sports shoes or sandals...choose on the day...sandals may not be warm enough), clothes you can layer (will be chillier in the morning/in the shade/after the sun sets) and a light waterproof/umbrella (it can rain, and may). Average temps/rainfall here: bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city... Hopefully, it will be pleasantly warm and the sun will shine, but you will need to prepare for alternatives. Rather like an English summer!

We were there last November and it wasn't exactly shorts weather. Definitely bring a windbreaker in case of showers and I think it's better to bring closed toe shoes and not need them than the other way around.
