How do you get to the NAAFI canteen in Valletta?

    It's in the Lascaris War Rooms, from Pjazza Kastilja, go past St. James' Bastion and you should find the entrance. However, it appears that the war rooms are closed until further notice, I read earlier this year that the whole area is being redeveloped: visitmalta.com/lascaris-war-...
