Can anybody help me and let me know where in Valletta you can get (huge quantities of) used books at reasonable prices? Are there any street markets (boot markets) or are there book stores for used books? Thanks for your help Tom
There is a big street market in Merchant Street. This is not far from Republic Street; the main street of Valletta.

Many thanks for this notice!!! Since I will only spend one day in La Valletta, I wonder whether I can go there. Is it on Fridays? Have you been on the market? I'm looking for English books. Thanks Tom

I think that market operates every morning. Various items are on sale.
