hi folks, we will be visiting cabo in june for 4 nights... we are a party of 4 adults and 2 toddlers, 1.5 and 2.5 yr olds... we're actually staying in a resort in San Jose Del Cabo... any suggestions on kid friendly activities? how about kid friendly restaurants? would we need to rent a car? how much per day for renting a car? trying to figure out whether it would be better to rent a car than taking a cab or what not... we do have 2 toddlers traveling with us... thanks in advance...

My boyfriend and I are looking to book an all-inclusive in July. We are looking at the Casita rooms at Secrets as they have a private plunge pool and sun deck. Previously at other resorts, we have to wake up at 7am (or earlier) just to leave towels on a pool chair and we don’t want to have to wake up so early on this trip. My question is, is this really necessary for this time of year? How busy are the all-inclusive? Should we spend the extra money to get a plunge pool and sun deck? or can we sleep in and still get a chair by the pool?

I will be staying in Puerto Morellos for 8 days and on one of those days I'd like to visit Chichenitza, Vallodolid and a cenote.
Most tours seem to go to Ik Kil but I have read that the best cenote is Dzitnup. Which do you think are the best cenotes and and do you know of any tours which include Dzitnup, Chichenitza and Valloladid?
Or is it possible/easy to visit them in one day with public transport/taxi? How much does this cost?

We would like your advice on hotels or B&Bs in a quiet area, if possible for no more than80 USD a night..We would like to do day trips from Valladolid. Can we get to interesting places by bus? Hi! I'd like to know at what times in the early morning do the 2nd.-class buses to Chichen Itza leave from Valladolid. Do we take them at the ADO bus station? I'd like to be in Chichen Itza between 8 and 9 a.m., I'm traveling on a thursday or friday. Thanks a lot!

Where do you get let off by the ADO bus in Valladolid with respect to the main square ? Also a good place for lunch. Any other things to do in the actual city other than the Cathedral. Does any one know how long it takes to get there in a direct ADO ?

Hi, we'll be visiting Valladolid for a few days in December, before heading off to Tulum for the remainder of our stay. I'd like to buy a simple Mexican guitar in Valladolid (or at any place between Cancun -> Valladolid -> Tulum. Its mainly for playing on the beach so it doesn't have to be too fancy. I've visited Villadolid a number of times, stopping there for a meal on my way to Merida. Last weekend, a friend and I spent two days just wandering around, looking at various neighborhoods. I'd like to actually start looking at houses with the objective to purchase (and restore, if necessary) an old, colonial house to start a combination "hammock and breakfast"..well, a bed and breakfast and spa. Does anyone have any contacts in the real estate world in Villadolid (if such a world actually exists)? Houses had "for sale" painted on them with phone numbers in Merida, but that makes it almost impossible to see anything over during a weekend visit. Any suggestions? Personal contacts?
