As a child I stayed in a hotel named "The grot van Lourdes" in old Valkenburg just after the war. It apparently does not exist anymore but could you avise names of current hotels in that same area please? (Underneath the castle ruins at the bottom of the Cauberg) Thank you in advance. Here is the List of Hotels in Valkenburg, there are Quitte few. vvvzuidlimburg.nl/overnachte... In the passt 6-7 months Lots of Things are getting inproved in the town, Things have to Be finished for the Karneval 17-21 Feb. Look the Hotels And compare them with google Map, you might find which One is Build instead/close to the One you have been to After the war. Good luck.
