What to do in Valencia if it rains. What's open on november 1st. Museums? Is it a dead city?
OK, so you won't go to the beach. .... Valencia is rich with great museums, cathedrals and pubs.

Normally, everything must be open (except some shops maybe). Oceanographic and Palaci ode las Artes could be a good option for rainy days. For weather forecast: www.accuweather.com/en-us/es/valencia/valencia/quick-look.aspx?cityid=310683 It seems to be fair and warm on 1st-2nd; rain on 3rd

if it rains take a licor 43 by the Carmen neighborhood and dream on !!lol! plenty to see in the city rain or shine. November 1st is a bit more difficult as it is All Saints Day you know, but tourist places in Carmen will be open. as for museums, write the ones you like and contact the tourist office for confirmation. http://www.turisvalencia.es/home.aspx and its even in Italian ::) Cheers

And, either rain or sun, a good paella should be on your agenda!
