North Argentina to Uyuni

Hi I am wondering if it is a possible/feasible route to travel from Iguazu in Argentina to Uyuni by coach/train? If so, is it a worthwhile journey in terms of cost/scenery/travelling time? Any tips would be v much appreciated. Regards Russ & Hannah
