Could anybody let me know how possible it is to catch a bus from either Uyuni to Iguazu Falls or San Pedro De Atacama to Iguazu Falls? If so, approximately how long does the trip take?
It is very possible from either place. Just one hell of a long trip. From Uyuni bus to the border then probably to Jujuy? on to Iguazu not sure if there is something closer? San Pedro to Salta to Iguazu the other way. It will depend in Argentina what companies you go with as to how long the trip takes as they connect with different towns. Hope this is a start? Maybe someone else can be more specific? Bottom line is don´t worry you can make it overland from either place it just may be a bit painful? Scott

I've got the same question. And does someone know how much time and money it costs when going by buses versus when going by plane. I think by plane is expensive but if it saves a lot of time I would consider it.... Please help me!!! :-)

It is certainly an option to leave the tour near the Chilean border and enter through the Atacama. Or it was when I was... more
that's unfortunate. you'll have to take a bus there too. more
