castle de haar outside opening times

Hello I would like to visit the park of the castle de HAAR and photograph it, but I can't make it earlier than 19:00. Is the park/garden open later for walking around? many thanks

    If you look at the website you will see that the opening hours for the park/garden are 0900-1700
