Any suggestions for a comfortable place to stay, B&B or pensione type accommodation in Utrecht, or even a small hotel with charm?

    Might not be what you're looking for, but when I stayed in Utrecht I got a great deal on the Grand Hotel Karel V (www.karelv.nl). This is a 5* hotel, but not at a 5* price! I booked through www.travel-holland.co.uk and paid only a little more than I'd have expected to pay for a Bed and Breakfast.
