Hi, We are going out tonight in Ulsan. Reading the posts, it seems that some bars are "lame" and we don't want to be where all the expats are. Can you advise a good Korean club with good sound ? Thanks for adding the name of the quarter to tell the taxi driver. Regards
You want to go to a Korean bar with good sound? Do you mean Korean bar or night club? Korean bars in Ulsan are definitely not known for their music. They tend to be dark, smoky and serving lots of either beer, soju or whisky. If you go to a Korean bar, expect to sit by yourself and not interact with many of the locals. Foreigner bars will have the best variety of music and drinks. Korean night clubs are much different than ours, more like a dinner theater.
