Transport from Ulm to Giengen

Hi I hope to visit Ulm and Giengen this summer. Are there busses between Ulm and Giengen or do I have to travel by rail. I would be glad of any advice. With Thanks

Giengen an der Brenz? Local trains from Ulm. http://www.bahn.de has the connections.

Single ticket Ulm to Giengen is EUR 6,20. A day ticket EUR 12,40. The "DING" local public transport tariff applies. http://www.ding-ulm.de/ This is a zone-to-zone local public transport tariff. I.e. with such a ticket you can also use the buses and trams in Ulm. Not just the regional trains.
