Am in Kiev right now and searching a place to stay. So far everything that i've encountered online in hostels (hotales are even more expensive) are places that are over 20 euro a night. For a bed in a dorm! And they call themselved cheap places to stay. Same in Russia though. Am starting to think that spending 30 E for a 2-person bedroom at the station hotel isn't such a bad deal after all. If it is still available though. But if any of you have cheaper places to stay here in Kiev or in Russia (St. Petersburg, Moskow, and down the transsib line) feel free to drop me a line.
Am ashamed to feel that people in that society cannot lodge a guest in their houses! Kenya we are different we love visitors and all would go out to make sure you are well and safe as long as your "manners" are concious. Hey! people of Kiev, Russia ( St. Petersburg, Moskow )come out and safe my dear friend at your neighbourhood. Note that love is the greatest gift that we can all offer to each other regardless of our blood relations. I challenge you all the way from Kenya to come out! Nebbs with love.

Thanks for that mum, sometimes we are misled by people who are not outgoing when they land in places. Am involved in taking care of Orphans in Kenya, do you know anyone company that we can join hands with in this worthy cause? Eventually found a cheap(er) place to stay in a sort of hostel thanks to 2 russian guys. And i'll ask for a place to stay on the hospitalityclub for moscow for sure. I just couldn't find a good internet connection before coming up to Kyiv. And i was very tired (howling 2 year old in my compartment in the night train). Hence the rant...
