I live in Miami and can travel from Miami or Lauderdale, the tickets are sooo expensive from her compared to elsewhere. Any idea how to get there cheap? i.e. best time of year, airline, etc
Unfortunately, I probably can't help you with suggestions about airline fares, but I wanted to let you know that if you like clear water and nice, uncrowded beaches with great sand, Turks and Caicos is a great place to go. I went to the Club Med there several years ago, and flew on American Airlines from Miami. But, there may be one or more of the Caribbean airlies (LIAT, etc.?) that fly there. John

Turks and Caicos is a wonderful set of islands. I frequent Club Med and highly recommend it. They offer airfare in some of their packages and you wouldn't be able to touch their air pricing anyplace. It's too far to swim and too long to take a boat, you don't have much choice than to go by air. I usually use american for my caribbean travel. Jim (islandjim)
