Hi, my husband and I are going to be in Hammamet for a week at a conference, and we have a fair amount of free time, but we'd like to spend only a day or two sleeping away from there, as we have free (very nice) lodgings! Has anyone taken a tour/ gone themselves to the former Star Wars filming sites in the south? Can we make it a 1-2 day trip? I've seen some online, but they all went on for a week, and we're not stuck on having to see ALL of the Star Wars sites. Most important is probably Sidi Driss Hotel in Matmata. Any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks!
