help on where to stay!!!!

Hi! I have done research on many places to stay in Tulum but am so overwhelmed with all the choices. I am travelling with my boyfriend in November over the American thankgivng holiday around Nov18 for a week. I am looking to find a place that is not too rustic. My priorities are: 1.great beach 2. if possible great snorkeling from our hotel 3.restaurant choices. This is our first trip together and want a place that will be easy, peaceful and comfortable. Dont want to deal with too many hassles. I would consider an all-inclusive if it was alright as well, but I'm afraid they will be very crowded. We plan on mostly beach time, checking out the cenotes, snorkeling, and possibly some hiking. Our price range is flexible. possibly100 a night or would pay more or less if place was great. Thanks
