I can't say exactly, but surely no more than 250 meters. The horse is at the entrance to the site. I hope you realize it's not the real "Trojan Horse," just something built in modern times that exemplifies the historical significance of the site.

There are two 'Trojan Horses'. One is at the information centre at the entrance to the Troia archelogical site (Hisarlik "Place of Fortresses" is the modern name for the site of ancient Troy)[Wikipedia].
