Hi, If this is worth any consolation/hope: Trondheim does not have a very large population, so using the surname to check telephone directories, etc would be a very good start. And if there's any mention/awareness of any kids the person has/had, then their first names & his surname could be checked for a match.. Good luck :-)

Here is the link to the page listing VT members who gave Trondheim as their place of residence - Member Search You might like to browse through the list to look for those most recently active on VT and send off a couple of emails. Good Luck!

You've already got some good advice. If you don't succeed, there's always the local newspaper. They'll probably want a story in return, though. Mail to newspaper: webred@adresseavisen.no Good luck!
