I am interested in travelling to Libya from Egypt. Can I get a Libyan visa in Cairo? Will i be able to enter Libya on my own, or do i need to join a group? Thanks very much.
No , it's not possible to get it from Cairo. It's better to contact travel agency which decides if you join a travel group or not. There is no other way to get a tourist visa.

Why? Is there a war in Libya? Is there common infection of sickness? Is there a high rate of crimes? I don't you what forces you to say that . I live in Libya. It's safer than all the countries I have been to. People are very peaceful and helpful.

In Libya people drive at nights for thosands of kilometers. Where is the other country which has this facility?
